If you contact us before the tour’s scheduled start time, we may be able to help you catch up with the group. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time cannot join the tour, and missed tours are non-refundable. We ask all guests to arrive at least ten minutes early to ensure an on-time departure.
