Our original Balboa Park experience was developed as part of the San Diego State University Master's in Hospitality and Tourism Management program, with expert consultation from a Human Resources professional holding a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems.

Every program we have built since follows the same research-backed theories and principles because good teamwork science does not change with the scenery.

All hunts are primarily outdoors and hosted by our in-person staff. At least one person on each team will need a cell phone for the photos and videos that are part of the experience, that said, this is an analog event designed to keep the focus on your teammates, not the technology.

Balboa Park Scavenger Hunt

Balboa Park is one of the most beautiful and historically rich urban parks in the country, and our flagship hunt was built to help your team experience it in a whole new way. Participants work through a mix of challenges and hands-on activities that require creativity, communication, and a little friendly competition, all while letting the park itself add something no conference room ever could.

Balboa Park Women's History Scavenger Hunt

Women's history does not begin and end in March, and this hunt was built with that in mind. You may know Balboa Park well, but chances are the women who helped shape and preserve it are a chapter of its history you have not explored yet. This hunt brings those stories to the surface, and we think you will leave seeing the park, and its history, a little differently than when you arrived.

Liberty Station Scavenger Hunt

Few places in San Diego tell a story quite like Liberty Station: a former naval training center once considered the cradle of the Navy, now reinvented as a thriving arts and cultural hub where that history is still very much present. This hunt takes your team through both worlds, uncovering the stories of the base that once was while exploring the vibrant district it has become. With some of San Diego's best restaurants right on site, it is a natural spot to keep the celebration going when the hunt is done.

San Diego State University Campus Hunt

For current students and alumni alike, this hunt offers a fresh way to experience a campus you think you already know. Part interactive tour, part history lesson, it takes your team through some of SDSU's most iconic spaces while uncovering the stories and spirit that make this place unlike any other. You may have walked these paths a hundred times, but we are willing to bet you will see them differently by the end.
